BIM is the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of a facility.  BIM provides architects, engineers, and owners support in the decision-making process about a facility from the earliest conceptual stages, through design and construction, through its operational life.



Level 5 Design currently uses Autodesk® Revit® Architecture software to generate renderings in BIM models, but you will also see renderings generated using a previously used software named Softplan.
